These Terms of Service govern your use of AyurAdmin, a SaaS-based hospital management software developed for Ayurvedic hospitals and clinics.

1. Agreement

By using AyurAdmin, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

AyurAdmin is intended for use by licensed clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals. By signing up, you confirm that you are authorized to use the platform on behalf of a legal healthcare entity.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • • Ensuring your staff and users use the software appropriately
  • • All activities that occur under your account

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data entered into AyurAdmin. We do not claim any rights to your hospital, staff, or patient data. However, we may use anonymized data for internal analytics and software improvement.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or redistribute the software
  • • Share login credentials outside your authorized staff

6. Payment & Billing

AyurAdmin is a subscription-based service. You agree to pay fees as per your chosen plan. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles unless covered under the Return Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.

8. Availability & Support

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Return is provided according to our Return Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use AyurAdmin. Always maintain your own backups and data exports.

10. Policy Changes

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of AyurAdmin after changes are posted will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
