Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for AyurAdmin, our SaaS-based hospital management platform.

1. Subscription Plans
AyurAdmin is offered as a subscription-based service. Charges are applied biannually, or annually, based on your selected plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- • You request cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription.
- • You have encountered critical technical issues we are unable to resolve within 7 working days.
- • You have not used or activated key features of the software (for new accounts only).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- • Renewal of subscription after trial or previous use
- • Change of mind after software setup
- • Partial usage of features or incomplete onboarding
- • Server or internet issues on the client's side
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@ayuradmin.com within the applicable time frame. Please include:
- • Your registered clinic or hospital name
- • Date of purchase
- • Reason for refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@ayuradmin.com. Once cancelled, no future billing will occur, but past charges are non-refundable unless they meet the criteria above.
